WE OFFER A 90-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY
This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us within 90 days of receiving it. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). You can also return your item(s) to one of our own Helly Hansen brand stores and our staff will help you exchange the item (s). Find the nearest Helly Hansen brand store here (Helly Hansen brand stores are marked with a red HH-logo in the list). Please note that exchanges with the store's local assortment can only be made if the store has the return item in stock.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS IF:
- The Products are unwashed and not used in any way
- The product is in its original, undamaged packing (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- All tags are attached
- You are allowed to try garment or shoes on for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
- You have kept your proof of postage - in case the return is lost in transit

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
For us to be able to process a return we need to log it through our customer service. This is what you have to do:
- Call your country-specific Helly Hansen eCommerce Customer Service number (see list below)
- Get your return-number, shipment-label and further instructions from customer service
- Send the product back with the return label provided by Customer Service on the outside of the box.
- Keep your proof of postage.
